From Website to Warehouse Symphony: A Behind-the-Scenes Look at Everwell Inc.’s Brand Video

Miami, FL – In this behind-the-scenes look, we delve into the creation of a captivating commercial video for Everwell Inc., a leading name in the national and international refrigeration & HVAC industry. This project offered the chance to revisit Everwell Inc.’s brand identity through the lens of video storytelling, highlighting their impressive journey and company culture.

Building on a Foundation of Trust

A few years ago, I had the pleasure of crafting Everwell Inc.’s website. Recently, they entrusted me with a new project – a video showcasing their brand and company story. This was exciting for several reasons. First, it allowed me to revisit their brand identity through video, a dynamic and engaging medium. Second, Everwell Inc. expressed complete confidence in my creative vision, allowing me to bring their ideas and objectives to life.

Crafting a Compelling Narrative

With a clear understanding of Everwell Inc.’s brand values and goals, I began crafting the video’s narrative. A key element I wanted to portray was the realization of the American Dream by the company’s founders. To achieve this, I conducted a thoughtful interview with one of the founder’s daughters, and key element of the company,  crafting insightful questions that allowed her to share a unique perspective on the company’s origin story and the founders’ vision.

A Daughter’s Perspective on the American Dream

The shoot list, which I actively helped develop, incorporated elements that reflected this theme. This could include visuals of the founder’s daughter being interviewed, perhaps in a setting reminiscent of the company’s early days. The video could feature the daughter’s narration alongside voiceover segments that tell the story of the company’s growth and success, highlighting the challenges they overcame.

A Miami Touch

Everwell Inc.’s Miami roots were another aspect I was passionate about highlighting. While storyboarding the video, I did a sketch that captured the iconic Miami skyline. This image sparked an idea – I envisioned incorporating a shot of the Miami skyline as a subtle but powerful visual element. This could be achieved through an establishing drone shot of the city, perhaps showcasing the company headquarters nestled amongst the Miami sprawl.

The Human Touch: Safety and Satisfaction

Beyond the company’s history, I wanted to showcase Everwell Inc. as a great place to work. To achieve this, I planned to feature interviews with employees from various departments. I meticulously crafted interview questions to elicit genuine responses about the company’s commitment to [safety measures in HVAC industry], highlighting specific protocols and training programs in place. Other questions focused on employee experiences, emphasizing the positive company culture and sense of community.

Home is Where the Bark (and Cool Air) Is

To add a touch of warmth and relatability to the living room scenes, I decided to incorporate our well-trained acting dog, Stitch. This furry friend could interact with the air conditioner in a playful way, perhaps chasing a ball that lands near the vent or basking in the cool air on a hot day. Stitch’s presence would not only be adorable but could also subtly highlight the air conditioner’s effectiveness in creating a comfortable home environment.

Working with Our Star

Since Stitch is a familiar and well-trained dog, we would be able to film his scenes with careful planning and a focus on his comfort and safety. This would allow for a more natural and relaxed atmosphere on set, potentially leading to even more endearing moments with Stitch.

From Home Studio to Industrial Symphony

The rest of the filming process would follow as described previously. We’d utilize your home as a filming location, cleverly rearranging furniture and props to create diverse scenes highlighting the split-system air conditioner’s functionality. At Everwell Inc.’s headquarters, we’d capture the vibrant energy of the warehouse using action cameras and daring drone footage.

A Collaborative Effort

This project wouldn’t have been possible without the incredible talent of filmmaker Alejandro Mendoza, who brought my vision to life through his exceptional editing skills. To ensure the video resonated with a broad audience, I hired voiceover talent after a rigorous casting process that involved listening to over 20 different voices. Ultimately, the chosen voiceover artist perfectly captured the essence of Everwell Inc.’s brand and complemented the video’s narrative.

The Final Cut

The final video is a testament to the collaborative spirit between myself, Everwell Inc., Alejandro Mendoza, the talented voiceover artist, and all the individuals who participated in the filming. It’s a visual representation of Everwell Inc.’s brand identity, their dedication to quality, and the impressive scale of their operation, all interwoven with the inspiring story of the founders achieving the American Dream.
