Capturing Rock n’ Roll Fire: A Night with Joycult at Helmet One
Miami rock band Joycult exploded onto the scene at the legendary Helmet One, a haven for biker and classic muscle car enthusiasts. As a filmmaker and photographer, I had the privilege of capturing the raw energy of their debut performance. The band, fronted by the electrifying vocals of Adolfo Romero, showcased their talent with Luis Nuñez weaving intricate leads on his guitar, Daniel Urbina laying down a powerful bass line, and Felix Ovalle holding it all together on drums and keyboards.
This wasn’t just a concert; it was an experience. The atmosphere at Helmet One crackled with anticipation, the vintage motorcycles and gleaming classic cars adding a touch of rebellion to the air. Joycult fed off that energy, their music pulsating through the venue and igniting the crowd.
